Registration to the newsletter on AIDA’s website
The AIDA consortium collects subscribers’ emails with the purpose of sending them information about AIDA’s activities. We process your personal data based on Regulation (EC) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions and bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 and Decision No 1247/2002/EC. The following information is provided as established in Articles 15 and 16 of Regulation (EC) 2018/1725.

What personal data do we process and who can access it?
We collect the names, surnames, email addresses, and organisations of subscribers to the bi-annual newsletter.

Subscribers provide the AIDA consortium with their names, surnames, email addresses, and organisations when signing up online to receive the project newsletter thereby giving their consent.

The processing of personal data serves the purpose of establishing a list of email addresses to which we could send a newsletter.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Subscribers’ personal data are stored until the subscriber asks to be removed from the list. Subscribers can ask to be unsubscribed from the email alerts via the online form.

You have the right of access to your personal data and to relevant information concerning how we use it. You have the right to rectify your personal data. Under certain conditions, you have the right to ask that we delete your personal data or restrict its use.
